About Us

Many people have grown with us

In the short time since the launch of CR British in November 2018, we have gone from strength to strength, becoming a leading training and guidance provider in Sri Lanka for foreign employment in the UK | Ireland

We have helped over 500 families settle in the UK!

This is because we have extensive experience and expertise. We are based in the UK and Sri Lanaka. We are working with genuine reputed collegues based in the UK.

This is because of our extensive English language and training courses, enabling Sri Lankan workers to gain jobs in hospitals, care homes, hotels, tourism, kitchens, spas, construction and many more!
We also help students progress their higher education abroad with studying Visas.

We train our students to achieve their very best.

Why Choose Us

We made it easy for Sri Lankan nurses and caregivers to work in the UK and Ireland.

Udeni Kotage

Managing Director and Founder of CR British

Udeni moved to London in 2009, following her first job as a registered nurse in Sri Lanka in 1996. Her professional development continued in the UK where she studied at the University of Bedfordshire and London City University to a postgraduate level.
As Udeni has experienced the difficulties of moving from to the UK herself, her experience has been fundamental to provide full and effective guidance to all students.

With over 25 years’ experience in both the UK and Sri Lanka, Udeni has gained a diverse understanding of not only the healthcare industry but also specialises in HR and clinical management.
One of Udeni’s key belief is that each person is an asset to the community. She therefore prioritises a personalised approach when helping students settle in the UK. A personal understanding is critical to not only help extend students’ strengths, but also develop their weaknesses. As a result, we can relay them to suitable employers that match their specific needs.
